  De color ambarino oscuro, brillante, luminoso.
  
  En nariz inicialmente muy potente, con sensaciones de reducción en botella que afortunadamente desaparecen. Hay un ligera nota balsámica, como a miel de romero, que se mezcla con las lacas, maderas añejas, ebanisteria. Se abre rápidamente para dar un perfil más amable, aparecen las maderas añejas, yema quemada, membrillo confitado, azúcar caramelizado, fruta escarchada, con toques de mermelada amarga de naranja.
  
  En boca tiene un punto amargo y botrytizado muy intenso, de textura es preciosa, graso, concentrado, con notas amargosas de naranja escarchada, miel, muy buena acidez. Final ahumado, amielado, larguísimo. Un Sauternes complejo y resultón, comme il faut!!!

  95% sémillon, 5% sauvignon blanc - 13.5% vol.
  Crianza en barricas de roble francés de 225 litros durante una media de 22 meses. Botella en formato 37,5 cl.
