  Decent after an hour or so. Very thin throughout. Not a special Syrah by any means, but a good wine to drink while preparing for tomorrow's Thanksgiving. A floral nose and crisply acidic. Not much depth which one might expect from a Syrah but flavors of red fruits, herbs, olive, and pepper do come through once it has had time to open up.
