So, I'm a fan. Even though this was born a white burgundy, there is sense of fun in this wine reminiscent a youthful and inexpensive rose from Provence. The wine lacks the complexity and dusty spice you find in a good rose. But despite coming from a relatively cool climate, this wine keeps the acidity in check, making it as good on the patio as in the dinner table. Lacking in fruit and overall body but delivering in approachability and fun!

Crisp and bright wine with apple and pear notes. Medium acidity.
