Consumed in double-blind fashion at Vintage Wines, Ltd. The wine was kindly provided by John Pollack, who purchased it at Wine Exchange for approximately $55. Showing a medium yellow-gold robe with yellow rim and a nose of intense peach and perfumey wet stones, this is a wine which then delivers on the palate. It is medium-bodied, medium in acid and abundant in flavors of honey, peaches, apricots and (above all) minerals. Long, smooth finish. Bravo!!!

Rather fat, ripe, slighly syrupy style. Red apple, baked apple, ginger bread. Lacks the freshess of some other 2004 Condrieus I've had (like Niero and Perret). A bit cloying.

similar to last attempt, although this particular bottle may have gotten a tiny bit further away from peak drinking window.

This was a great bottle. Fruity expression but somewhat subdued and with a touch of minerals without too much acidity. Drink now and enjoy.
