Sehr schöner Bordeaux, definitiv trinkreif! Frucht und Tannine schön eingebunden, wird sicher in 1-2 Jahren noch runder, aber macht schon Spaß. Aufgrund P/L 90 Punkte!

Light ruby center, pale edge. Full of tobacco and herb scents. Medium weight, flavors of tree bark and herb, good feel. Savory. The tobacco leaf resonates on the finish. Could benefit from a few more years.

Grand Cercle wines: Mainly 2015 just bottled (Chateau de Pressac Saint Emilion): This is far better than the preceding wine, the Malescasse, as it has a pleasing ripe fruit sweetness without being cloying, along with a fine tannic edge for cellaring. Does it dry out a bit on the finish? Perhaps, but overall it shows depth and character.
