  early in it's drinking window
  beautiful color in the light
  still has much earthy backbone with some solid fruit in an integration evolvement

  Nothing wrong with this - perfectly refreshing and seemed relatively well-made - but it was one of the most boring Barolos I've ever had... zzz...

  nothing wrong with this but maybe a little shut down
  nothing seemed to indicate this as made for the long run
  so will leave this as an easy drinker without much complexity for now

  Very nice, explosive nose with a palate that backs it up; deep, and broad flavors, early approachability. Nose of rose, tar, menthol, talc, soil, and fresh cherries. Pulses with energy and freshness on the medium+ bodied palate, with good power and flavors still in reserve. Good freshness/acidity, nothing cutting here, just a gentle, confident lift. highly recommended

  Mineral, iodine, floral, soft. Dark on the palate and quite powerful with polished tannins and good acidity. Rather forward but very good. 91-92+
