  Nice but continues to fade compared to our first bottle. Suggest drinking now and with food for best showing. Solid quality of fruit flavors still but great structure of those early bottles is nearly gone.

  4th of 5 bottles. The first one I recall well, giving it a 92. The subsequent bottles have been less impressive though I realize some things that add to improvement:
  
  1) Decant
  2) Serve cool (60 F)
  3) Better with food
  
  This is a big grenacha wine with deep and rich caramel flavors. Having on its own, or following a lighter bottle, this comes off as brooding and unpolished. Still a nice wine though for the price, and seems it could go a little longer in the cellar. Though I don't anticipate much improvement.

  Tasty without being a knockout. Better this year than last. I have no idea if you should hold it longer. Went well with dry rubbed brisket in slow cook bbq smoker.
