Browning at rim with a brick colored core. Silky smooth and long on the finish. Complex and elegant with earthy cherry and strawberry fruit. This is all about the texture. Well made with perfect balance and harmony.

pretty wine on the open, seems still quite young, ruby red with virtually no bricking, fruit driven nose with some oak still evident, palate is a combination of cherries (neither tart nor overly sweet - rather right down the middle) and some caramel from the oak... nice and easy to drink, slightly on the rich side notwithstanding the acid of the vintage (almost tasted lemon on one sip)... nice wine, easy to drink, and would please the crowd... my first louis latour
