Opened and decanted an hour ahead of mango salsa grilled pork chops, wild rice, and mixed veggies. Pale violet color. Nose brings damp forest floor, some funk, blood orange bitters, cherry blossoms, and grape hard candy. The palate is medium, supple, crunchy, and penetrating, bringing blackberries, rhubarb, black tea, sour cherries, and lingering bitters into a blueberry-infused mineral finish. Good grip, depth, and persistence. Will be best 2021-2026. Technical score: 93. Enjoyment score: 93.

Light ruby color. Funky nose of barn, decay and sheep butt and some minerally red fruit. Palate is lean and clean, tart cherry and cranberry with greystone, some green veg and cabbage. Clearly bio and natural style. Bought of Garagiste, I think a bit pricey. A cru Beaujolais will be just as good.

Ditto my last review. Very bio and rustic in nature. Tart and lean.
