  Steady bubble stream. Medium gold, in color. Lemon, tangerine, pear, crisp apple, almond, citrus peel, citrus pith, mineral. Citrus driven finish.

  Very strong bead, with very fine and strong bubbles. Quite pale in appearance. Very rich, as you would expect given Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier balance. Mandarin orange flavours on the palate, quite exceptional palate length. A very, very impressive NV champagne

  And again one more bottle I revisited another time with the proper Pinot Noir glas Riedel Performance.
  
  In the beginning not much of a bouquet and it stays a bit shy even after some time in the glas.
  
  Very easy to drink goes very smooth fresh but nothing dominating. In the middle a bit slightly phenolic bitter notes but with some more time they disappear and only gentle notes of pear and green apple show through... acidity is there but rather in the background. dosage of 8g is not distracting

  This was very nice. Medium golden yellow color. Pear and apples on the palate. Some citrus. Creamy/chewy texture. Very good balance. Medium to long finish.
