Bought 6 bottles. Consistent every time. Comparable to / slightly better than some lower end products of Grandes Marques in terms of fruit and clarity (not the classical brioche of course). Good price value ratio (30 USD per bottle).

Medium minus intensity aromas of citrus, bread yeast, slight biscuit. Crisp mousse, lemon, bread yeast, textured burr is pleasing but this finishes a little sour and bitter. Meh.

79% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 1% Pinot Blanc. 29% aged in barrels, 71 in stainless steel, dosage 5 g/l, no idea how long it aged in the bottle, 12.5% vol.
Restaurant in Brescia. Very small sustainable bubbles. Lemon zest and a hint of yeasty notes, mineral, pure and very dry with good freshness, medium+ length.
Very good in the style of a classic Champagne. I think this bottle would profit from a few more years in the bottle and would get a creamy mouthfeel and more complexity, as the structure is very promising, 90-91+.

Søt duft med pære. Fersk og fruktig på smak. Avlsutter med en grusom bitterhet som gjør den nær udrikkelig.

A great sparkler! Biscuit and Pear aromas. Try it with Fried Chicken. You’ll be surprised!!!
