BYO Blind Tasting: Blind. Pale; crisp and herbal, grape fruit and some black currant leaves; quite high acidity, crisp, moderate body, bitter and fresh finish, long. Clean and uncomplicated. Some melon after a while, tropical. Absolutely no idea.

Pale yellow colour. On the nose, aromas of minerals - many and varied as well as a touch of peach. Rather dissimilar from Santorini wines that are also mineral as I didn't find much of a citrux profile in the Frassitelli. On the palate, continuation of the aromas found on the nose with a notably good length. Wish I'd had space in my suitcase to bring some back. I tasted another white wine from Ischia by the glass which I also enjoyed, but forgot the name of the producer.
