  60% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay, 20% pinot meunier. Fra Epernay. Litt knepen typeriktighet på duft. Litt våt ull-mineralitet. Bra på smak med flott vekt og ok balanse. En god musserende vin, men mangler litt adresse.

  Good showing made even better when paired with the right food. Bright, crisply beaded, a touch autolytic, with citrus, loquats, green apples, and brookstones enlivened by a juicy cut and a minerally foam. Pairing this with Spaghetti aglio e olio topped with parmigiano reggiano and a squeeze of lime made it that much better.

  Instant elderflower on the nose followed by conference pear, honey water and some aqarium water in the background (I know it sounds awful, but it wasn't).
  
  Fruitdriven champagne with slightly zingy acid on palate. Coference pear, lime, orange, apricote on the midpalate and some pink grapefruit in the aftertaste.
  
  Not so dry but was pleasent to drink and was a good mingle champagne.
