Disgorged Sep. 2016. Wonderfully balanced, rich, brioche, tiny bubbles, surprisingly long finish. Not getting the crazy acid or strong minerality noted about the Oct. 2015 disgorgement. Delicious.

Made in a style and dosage which I find very appealing. Disgorged October 2015. Since my note 3-1/2 years ago it seems slightly more rounded and complex. However, still more lean and tangy than rounded, more autolytic characteristics and lively acidity. Still lots of tiny bubbles, green apple and sour citrus with notable mineralality throughout. Wonderful if you enjoy drier and leaner Champagne's.

nose: tiny bit of yeast, bright, warm with a bit of air taste: crazy acid, teensy bubbles, super sharp/lean, minerally (it must have had very little dosage?), kind of like a sparkling chablis
i usually like my champagnes a little more yeasty but this was fun and crisp, like a late spring afternoon

Pleasant sipping Champagne. Bright acidic with fresh lemon zest

As the consensus says, "lean". Also tart, lemony, crisp, refreshing, and good with food. Good value.
