  Deep yellow color wine with loads of residual sugar and light fruity notes. Not bad but sugar hides lots of other flavours and makes pairing a little bit more difficult.

  Si vous ne savez pas ce que le litchi sent ou goûte, vous avez deux choix: acheter des litchis, ou boire ce vin. À votre place, j'opterais pour le fruit au lieu de ce vin bien trop sucré. On sait que les Gewurztraminers ont la réputation d'être orientés sur le sucre, mais on en a dégusté des très secs qui étaient bien plus agréables que celui-ci. Peut-être avec des fromages ou un dessert ça serait meilleur, mais en mangeant un repas, je ne vous le conseille pas.
