Drank over 3 nights. Quite good, mineral/chalk and citrus most pronounced on day 1, light spritz on opening. Yellow stone fruit, apple, honey hints. Day 2 and 3 fruit becomes more pronounced, well balanced with acidity but a bit more sweetness, roundness, to the palate. Nose was lovely from start to finish, moderate length. Maybe a 90 is warranted. Enjoyable Riesling fix.

Muted nose, lovely stone fruit--peach, pear, mild lemon, lime, bit of apple, mineral palate. Needed to warm up. More roundness than zing, but still with some acid edge. Drank over several nights, best day two. Opened up some with warmth and time. Nicely made.

Hexamer quick impressions: Very little on the nose. Rich, with barely perceptible sweetness. Like most of the Hexamer lineup, this showed rich ripe citrus, savory/umami (soy), and some spice. Good!
