  The acidity is way to cutting for the delicate florals and lemon in this wine. The nose is pretty, but subdued, even after days three and with little to no refrigeration. Structurally the wine is not in harmony, and the austerity comes at the expense of any interesting flavours. After three days it was still too dry and flat, but there were some interesting floral notes in the background.
