If served blind, I’d guess this was a Sonoma Coast wine based on the nose. Big cherry and strawberry fruit, with some spice underneath.
The palate is filled with juicy strawberry, and a touch of wet leaves. The finish lingers nicely.
Drinking well now, but absolutely no hurry. Should easily keep for another decade at least.

Friends of Musique et Vin Gala (French Club, San Francisco): Magnum. Deep ruby. After the 2 heavyweight Pinots that preceded it, a welcome respite from oak and alcohol. Spicy medium weight red fruit with early secondary perfume. Lovely and impressive.
