  Out the Door with CR (Out the Door, SF): Pale straw. Sparkling. Moderately aromatic nose of fresh white flowers and slight petrol - I didn’t notice any bready/yeasty lees or autolytic flavors, leading me to wonder whether this is a Charmat method wine - actually this went through secondary fermentation.
  Sweet in the mouth - feels ~15g/L (close- 20g/L). Feels pretty primary - like everything is there and in balance but things aren’t melding together. Perfectly nice for a simple bubbly.
  Light bodied, moderate minus alcohol (11.5%), high acid. Petrol and flowers on the palate.
