Hmm. Pop and pour, notes from 45 min open. On the nose: lime, soft yeast, wet stone, underripe peach; still very primary. On the palate, this came off to me as slightly flabby: the acid up front is soft, so you get a burst of sweetened lime and a suggestion of florals mixed with grapefruit, but lacking some zip. Good midpalate density, but it kind of feels muddled on the finish, which could be more well-delineated. Not bad, but maybe this is what I should have had with the spicy vegetable stir-fry we had for dinner...oh well.

Tasty Riesling, nice sweetness with flavor of apple and pear.

Subtle smokiness and minerality on the nose. On the palate there is lime, stone fruits, and pear. Lower acidity and less structure than expected.
