Pale lemon colour. Nose: medium intensity with aromas of lemon, peach and butter. Palate: dry with high acidity and medium(+) body with medium(+) flavour intensity and aromas of lemon, peach, banana, melon and butter. Medium(+) finish.

Light gold color. Split bottle over 3 hours. This has been the picture of consistency over the years. My notes have not wavered at all. The nose is pure, oyster shell, candied lemon, Meyer lemon, and the palate is bright, there's so much stone and minerality, tart lemon, brine, a touch of lime. In great shape.

Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 represents a very good wine.
Very similar TN to last May. Crisp, not too tight. I prefer a bit richer flavor, but this is me, not the wine. No idea about aging, although I saw no signs of deterioration.

Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 represents a very good wine. A bit from memory, so no details (my apologies). The Premier Cru was apparent. A notch or so above most Chablis. Balanced, not quite full enough for my palate.

A boire.
