This one has started to show more banana and caramel then what I am really comfortable with. Definitely its Hay Day was probably 2 to 3 years ago, but I have heard these do hold and appreciate, but I guess I held it a little too long and let it appreciate a bit too much! Definitely planning to consume the 2018 and 19 soon. The Chardonnay I think holds awful lot longer.

Pnp’d from the cellar. Medium golden color. The flavors have resolved and this wine is rounding very nicely into a homogeneous, delicious bottle of wine. The unique characteristics of each of the two grapes is diminishing and taking on new character. . . . . . EG @WineArchitect @ArchitecturalArtistry @donelanfamilywines @rhonerangers

Pnp'd from the cellar. This wine has certainly evolved and has resolved and weighted up. The blend has resolved into a single flavor and has lost its acidic taste. The aromatics follow-suit with a nuttiness with quince flavors that have risen out of the glass and onto the tongue! Very nice and worth waiting for this to happen. Agree with prior notes. Not a lot of bones to the wine.

A great Roussane. Floral and candle wax nose, mouthfeel a balance of peach, vanilla, honey, but not unctuous. Great texture!
