  Drank with Jay, Nathan and Clare. Made from Airen grape which is new to me. Floral aromas, parmesan cheese, apples, and unripe peaches. Meyer lemons on palate, with tart apples, unripe peaches, minerals, and flowers. Medium weight with a bit of a waxy mouthfeel. Excellent acids lift the wine. Finishes with a nice grapefruit pith, apples, and minerals. Fascinating and the most interesting wine of the night for me.
