  this is still quite tightly wound so needs more time, maybe a couple of years

  Opened over ~2 hours. Sweet citrus fruit juice with a mineral background on the nose. The palate is concentrated ripe citrus + white stone fruits backed by a solid acid structure.
  
  Feels a bit young. This would be fun to drink this again in 5-10 years. There's a lot of good acidity for this to age, and there's a good core of flavors to build complexity around.

  Some Wine Before/During/After a Seder (The Krengels - Bannockburn IL): Tasted last night, note from memory. Slightly reductive start, but lots here with orchard and citrus fruit, well supported with floral, white pepper, ginger, and green tea. But the structure is front-and-center for now, so I'd give until 2024 forward before trying another bottle.

  Roundly praised by all at dinner, robust and lovely. Meyer lemon, ginger, and nice minerality
