  Muy frutoso desde el inicio, con cereza amarga y arandanos rojos. Gran frescura y salinidad, el granito hace su trabajo. Un toque amargoso y vegetal. Sin reducciones aunque el aire le viene muy bien, una nota animal al estilo de la syrah que se va puliendo poco a poco y dejando paso a unas violetas muy convincentes.
  
  En la boca es sobre todo vertical y chispeante, con fuerza, para guardar unos años. Pinta bien. Salinidad y amargor vuelven a ir de la mano en una textura muy fina. Taninos bien trabajados para esta variedad, algún verdor sin llegar a molestar. Buena definición sin interferencias de crianzas.

  Sauvage is the world that comes to mind when describing this signular and biodynamically farmed, wild ferment Vinhão. Aromas of smoky plum and earth are rendered more complex by a sort of feral, animal quality that persists on the palate as well. A bold streak of acidity creates a sense of tension to sour cherry notes firmly anchored in damp tilth, preserved game, steeped green tea, and pink peppercorn. This won't be to everyone's taste, but for the adventurous, I say, go for it. 11.0% ABV | Sample
