  Beautiful aromas of mocha and dried leaves, some bottle funk but it blew off after a few minutes in the glass. Brick red, there is still ample body, fruit is amazingly still in the background acting as a foil to the secondary and tertiary notes. Good acidity and still alive and kicking, this is a wonderful bottle. I'm told this was made by Christophe Roumier's grandfather? Terrific wine.
