A very pretty, slightly restrained Montrachet with straw on the nose and palate, big and bright flavors, with a creamy texture, high acidity and a long finish. Awesome wine but I imagine there a few producers who did even better in this vintage

Vosne 1er vs GC: Good weight and depth. This producer did very well in this nearly perfect vintage. Very enjoyable and grew on me with air, but never quite showed the layer of excitement that I want to see in a top Monty.

Incredibly concentrated Rich full mineral almond Pungent nose, with just a whiff of oak. Faintest hint of vanilla and (?) raspberry on the finish. Seemingly endless. But very approachable and incredible now. Worth a search

Blain-Gagnard's 2014 Montrachet is one of the most concentrated, most dense wines I have ever enjoyed. Almost painfully mineral with significant dry extract. Orchard fruit, lilac, and subtle oak-derived spice. Excellent, potentially epic. Drink starting 2026.

Seemed lighter than Criots somehow.
