Very light, not a long distance runner. translucent, medium-high acidity. So lingonberry. Serve cooled. Pair with salads or salmon. d'arghus Savigny-les-Beauny Village on Hylly 13-14 has more body and structure.

Sunday dinner wine to pair with some various sushi. Held up well, drinking quite nicely for the appellation. Gentle black and red fruit, good core. Did not evolve over 1,5 hours though.
