You have to reconignize, E isn't for España but for Envy (Barra Era y Restaurante Angelita - Madrid): From a new bottle served by the glass. That bright olive colour that belongs to " en rama" . Aromatically it has deep and salinenotes offering aromas of nuts and a subtle yeast. Instead it decays rapidly in the mouth with alcohol too much present lacking integration. Good like a starter for but nothing extraordinary after all.
De una botella nueva servida por copas. Color oliva propio de la elaboración "en rama". Aromáticamente es profunda y salina ofreciendo aromas a frutos secos y a sutiles levaduras. En cambio en boca decae rápidamente con un alcohol disparadísimo y al que le falta integración. Bien para aperitivar pero nada extraordinario en todo caso.

Yodada, marina, salada, almendra verde y oliva. Nariz limpia y definida, con clase y profundidad.
La boca sigue la misma linea estilosa, con mucha finura y sabrosidad, un punto justo de untuosidad.
Qué ganas de preparar una vertical de esto es unos años.
