Very nice balance of sugar and acid, with a medium mouthfeel, and a palate of red apple skin and some herbal elements. Very primary (as would be expected) with plentiful softer red apple acidity that lasts through a medium-long finish. Angular; very linear read apple. Good.

AP #6. UNP. Color light straw. Nose starts w a whiff of matchstick that blows off. Next I get plum and quince marzipan w a whiff of celery. Swishing shows significant acidity, but the acids are not rough and are supported by both fruit and RS. Sipping gives better sense of the balance here, which leans toward acid but eminently sippable. Nice and light style spatlese....like the old days
