Dulled cranberry red color. Oak nose. Red fruit. Black tea finish. Typical RRV Pinot. Quaffable and goes down easy. The fulcrum gap's crown bottling is light years ahead in terms of complexity and quality.

Seemed disjointed with a touch of VA. Did not scream Russian River. Muted flavors. I will let this rest another year like I did the 2012 gaps crown which was far superior to this wine.

Pale ruby, black cherry color. Graham cracker, rich cranberry nose with a hint of alcohol. Soft red fruit palate. Bit of alcohol. Shortish finish.

Juicy & nicely balanced. Medium bodied. Hint of forest floor in addition to cherry fruit. Great bang for the buck. Medium acidity. Drink now.
