Medium violet-red. Low intensity aroma of mixed mints, cherry, sweet gherkins. Low tannin and moderate acidity on entry. Develops into simple cool climate cabernet flavor: olives, mints, cherry. Nothing exciting here, but in good shape and a very good match for lunch of caprese salad and bread. Bottle #11 of twelve.

Medium red. Nose of thyme, mint, green bean, stewed plum. Low tannin, medium-low acidity. Easy drinking, herbal and was a good a pairing with grapes leaves and rosemary bough roasted lamb. Flavors are hinting of full development and suggests this bottle is clearly on the down side of its best drinking window (some oxidation); that's not a good sign for more aging, given that this comes from a very cold cellar. Bottle #10 of twelve.

21 years old - it had turned to more of a port flavor already.

A bit "juice"y, but nice hint of raspberry. Perhaps a year or two past its prime.
