  Needed about 10 minutes to open. Classic Pouilly-Fuisse notes, ripe fleshy fruit, chalky, with a note of Fruit Loops cereal. Lacking complexity and concentration of great PF, but tasty nonetheless. At $20 its a good value for a nice day time Pouilly.
