Light straw color Medium aromas of sour apple candy and rocks Medium palate of slight ripe apple and citrus but primarily mineral driven Lean palate with short finish - medium acidity Nice everyday Muscadet but I dont see this was meant for aging

Single blind tasting Pale gold with bright edging Medium - aromatics of salt, rocks with secondary sour candy apples Medium - palate of minerals, salt and secondary yellow apples. Medium + acidity, no phenolics. Finish is short, slightly rounded. Lacked any significant mouthfeel or effects of lees that one would hope for in Muscadet.

Solid. Green apple and lemon zest with hints of yeast and sea breeze. Simple, intense palate with a long-lasting finish.

Brine, yeast, and sight lemon balm. Mineral finish. Went well with mackerel in lemon caper sauce
