12.5% abv. Pretty much the same as the previous bottles (last one about two years ago), though not quite as energetic as I remembered. Tasted over three evenings and was pretty consistent on all days.

Started out tight on the pop 'n pour, quite light-bodied but showing some nice OR Pinot fruit. Stoppered and tried the next evening - this filled out remarkably and was just a joy to drink. I think this shows OR Pinot character very nicely - clearly new world, but flavors that I just haven't seen from any Cali Pinot. I love the fleshy mouthfeel to this wine. A real bargain in the low $20's.

Now I can confirm that my first bottle of this was indeed flawed, as this bottle was completely different and showed so much better. The nose screamed "Oregon Pinot", in a good way. On the palate, generous fruit, but not overripe. Good depth and length with good balance and a attractive flavor profile. Was noticeably unfiltered with somewhat cloudy appearance and gave it a kind of fleshy mouthfeel, which I personally enjoy.

Light ruby with raspberry nose. Dry, lightly fruity with bright red berry, medium body, light chewy tannins give a good balance and drinking well with a good mouth feel. Getting some red plums, balsam along with the light cane tannins on night one.

Textured, pithy red fruit, plenty of volume, crunchy, aromas of red fruit, pine box, earthy soil.
