From a magnum and drunk at a restaurant. Classic Gamay. Nice sweet cherry note along with earth and mineral and finishing dry. I think I started with six 750s and this magnum. Now I have none and wish that I had more!

Popped and poured. Rich aroma of red fruit and black pepper. Tart cherry flavor with rhubarb and lemon. Rhubarb dominates the finish. Firm backbone, primary, some complexity. Fine on its own, but it's a sin to drink it without food. I'm in no rush to drink my remaining bottles.

Cherries! Some tart cherry, crunchy cherry and sweeter rainer cherry. Iron and earth round out what for me, is a refreshingly drinkable, gluggable gamay. Those with a sweet tooth will have difficulty with the tart acid note. It really works for me. Excellent.

Fruit forward, flowery. Very lean and acidic, but the fruit is in balance. Drinks a bit tart, but finishes with violet fruit. Very well made and enjoyable.

Juicy, ripe cherry with a pretty tart core. Ripe and spicy cherry in mid. Should develop well but is already quite delicious. Such a happy wine!
