Frenchy's Grower Bubbly Event In the OC (Todd Frenchy's Place): Poured blind. This bottle reminded me of the one earlier this year which I found too sweet for my tastes. Some zestiness in the wine but it still comes off candied, like a lime candy chew. Not a fan of how this is made.

Only one other TN on this? Huh. The only back label info on this is 805 Chard/20% PN. I only have one bottle, we drank it tonight, here is my impression. I perceive this to be dosed/sweeter than I usually prefer in my champagne. This richer style gives it a 7-Up.lemon-lime quality. It's not past my tolerance but it's close. There is some light lemony notes here to help add some acidity that goes with the yellow apple, light oxidative quality. Many who had this wine liked it more than me.

80% de chardonnay complété de pinot noir. Un vin bien frais, en chair avec un bon focus mais passablement simple pour un vintage de près de dix ans il me semble, plusieurs N.V. me semblent plus intéressants à ce prix. Recommandable tout de même. 90
