  The wine shows slightly hazy orange colour.
  The wine shows medium to high intensity, very ripe character, orange, grapefruit, mandarin, orange peel jam, floral ntoes, yeasty, dense.
  The wine shows high intensity in the palate, a lot of tannins, high acidity, orange peel, lemon peel, quince, grapefruit, long finish.
  A bit difficult to drink on its own

  Similar to last tasting but i bumped it up one point due to further complexity. Quite long finish for this kind of wine.

  Medium straw somewhat hazy. Expressive nose with sweet nose, sweet white flowers, citrus, yeasty notes. Medium bodied with low-medium acidity, citrus, green apple some savoury notes towards the medium aftertaste, balancing out the initial sweetness. Interesting wine. 90-91

  Глубокий и томный оранж от Domaine Matassa. Мёд, соты, полный рот танинного счастья - но при этом лёгкий, с хорошим балансом, и всего 11%.
  
  А самое главное - страшная тайна для своих, ибо об этом почему-то до сих пор нигде не написано - ресторан Tokyo готов разливать ВСЕ (кроме игристых) бутылки Coravin’ом. По бокалам.
  
  Инновации в жизнь, а Матасса с суши - огонь!

  Pale golden colour. Yellow fruits, ripe yellow apples and dried flowers on the nose with hints of spices. Taste of ripe yellow apples, ripe green grapes and yellow fruits. Good acidity with lots of aromas and a long and fruity, yet dry, finish. Goes well with shellfish, fish or cured meat.
