Amazingly rich, deep and … fruity (?). Fruity almost like a 10 year Tawny…
Not quite what I'd expected.
However, after some air and regurgitation, the action was found in the after burn.:
amazing tobacco, wet tea leves, damp earth, christmas cake, dried fruits (but no raisins, dates nor figs) and a soft sprinkle of green herbs… Loooong! Marathon looong!
My humble guess is that this needs to rest for another 50 or so years to really hit its stride. . .
