  Dark garnet red, very tarry nose, olives, potted sour cherries. On the palate red berry fruit with a tingling acidity, smooth, lacking a little depth and complexity, but with an overall good length. Lovely drink, excellent company to food. At its peak now.
  
  Dunkles Rot, viel Teer in der Nase mit frisch zerstossenen Oliven und eingelegten Weichseln. Am Gaumen zuerst viel Säure, rote Beeren, süß, kommt aber nicht mit der Nase mit - es fehlen Tiefe und Komplexität. Trotzdem recht fein und auf dem Punkt.
