  Off the menu at Flour. Green gold in color. The nose is nice with a bit of hay, limes and a mineral streak. On the palate, the lime and minerals continue. Nice lean texture with good acidity. A bit of a bite on the finish. Worked well with their take on a Caprese salad. A fine wine but nothing special. Otoh, this was priced at $45. That's a $12 retail wine and that is very disappointing.
