  • Same as previous notes a very interesting wine and blend, drank with the crew at the Outer Banks, a very good wine

  • This is a surprisingly very nice wine, a blend of 70% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot & 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, from South Australia. Nose is somewhat muted, if anything getting wiffs of classic merlot flavors with a hint of veg, mouth feel is very smooth and nice. On the palate get a very strong cherry flavor almost Luden like without the sweetness, almost like a sourball, the tannins are there but not over powering, nice long finish that stays with the cherry taste, probably getting a smidge of oak on the long finish. I really like this wine, a very nice change of pace.
