  This has softened and filled out. After a short decant we get a nose of cherries, plum, ripe strawberries, rosemary and cedar. Also just a touch of bell pepper. On the palate medium tannins and light smoke. More cherries and herbs. Great stuff!

  After 2.5 hour decant poured for Easter dinner. This bottle just never opened up. Tannin did smooth out a bit showing some leather, barnyard funk but fruit was practically non existent. It got by complimenting our meat course so that was something.
