  Dark cherry and end of season strawberry, anise and sweet baking spices. Smells lovely.
  
  Dark berries and winter spices. Tilled spring soil, mushrooms and pine needles. I led with fruit because it’s still there but the wine is really earthy. Velvety soft with some limited acid lift, this is still in the window but pretty well advanced. Held up well on the second night and became more floral on the palate but I’d still suggest drinking in the next year or two.
