Needs about an hour in decanter to come together. Ultimately a good QPR and delivers some rustic complexity though still lacking the concentration and length of the next quality tier.

Red fruits on the nose. The palate features plums, berries, pepper, tobacco, and spice. Wine is well balanced, medium bodied, and dry. Alcohol is medium plus, tannins medium plus, acid medium. Decent wine with a respectable QPR, but nothing I would rush out to buy again.

Red fruited like a McLaren Shiraz. With earth on the mid palate. Good stuff.
