  Braucht Zeit und Luft, aber dann kommt er….am Gaumen straffe Säure, in der Nase viel reifer als am Gaumen, dort vor allem helle grüne Frucht, aber hinten kommt eine Ahnung von reifen eher gelben Früchten, ungeheuer viel Extrakt und damit mundfüllende Substanz, bleibt ganz lang am Gaumen. Was für ein toller Wein mit vielen Jahren Perspektive.

  Nicht so überzeugend, quittegelb im Glas. Sehr waxige Firnnase: Quitte, Petrol, Klebstoff, Aprikose. Am Gaumen auch eher nichtssagend.
