  D+0h: no deposit in the filter nor in the bottle, smells of clementine and raspberry D+2,5h: colour between cherry red and ruby red, smells of smoke, raspberry, a little bit of clementine and a little bit of bacon, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth clementine, raspberry and a little bit of bacon, in the aftertaste raspberry, clementine, acidity and a little bit of smoke, good length (30 sec), a quite ok pinot noir.

  有一些类似卷心菜和红菜椒的蔬菜味，带着比较开放简单的树莓之类的红果味，气味较平。入口集中度和结构尚可，内里仍有许多梗味，之后才是树莓、樱桃之类的果味，外加轻微烟熏和一点点薰衣草香味，比较简单。88/100

  Very minerally and lively on the nose with plenty of red cherry and some mint and with some time quite a bit of oak. On the palate magnificently fresh with lush cherry fruit and powerful acidity. Low in weight for sure. Great grip here, this has staying power. Very young at this point.
