This wine first had some metallic and crushed rock on the nose, but as it sat open this one developed a fair amount of semi-sweet dirty red raspberry without a lot of tart. After 30 minutes, the finish which was still even a little oaked was much softer. For a 2007, this one is drinking exceptionally well. But, I would say that, bsaed on what I experienced I don't think I'd keep any bottles much longer.
