  11 month in new French oak, 14.9% alc. Tropical fruit on the nose, slightly herbal, oak, with some air butterscotch, caramel. On the palate rich and creamy, impressively well balanced given the weight and alcohol. Fresh and layered, not flabby. Towards the long finish the alcohol is peeking through a little. Should benefit from a bit more time in bottle. 91-92+
