  Very rich and powerful. Maybe lacking a bit of acidity. Mostly Pinot Gris. Very enjoyable nonetheless

  When I tried to tone this down a bit by adding a touch of the Numen Riesling, the cidery components of the latter took over and threw the wine even more out of balance....

  (terroir calcaire)
  Etonnament typé bourguignon (on est quand même sur du Rielsing, Pinot et muscat), il exhale qq effluves pâtissières qui évoquent la Bourgogne et le chardo! Amusant. La bouche est ample, marquée par une belle minéralité qui vient supplanter l'onctuosité de l'attaque.
